Watermelon & Pear Fruit Pizza

Watermelon pear “pizza” is the perfect no-bake, no-hassle snack that is refreshing and fun anytime. Customize with your favorite fruits and choose the best pear for your palette.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 fresh anjou USA Pear, sliced
  • 1 watermelon, cut into a 1-inch round thick slice
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt and honey until smooth. Transfer into a plastic bag and snip off a small corner for easy drizzling — or use a squeeze bottle if you have one.
  2. Place watermelon round on a large cutting board or serving platter. Cut into 6 even slices. Pat the watermelon surface dry with a paper towel.
  3. Drizzle the honey yogurt mixture over the watermelon in a zigzag pattern.
  4. Arrange pear slices evenly across the top then sprinkle mint leaves on top and enjoy.
