INGREDIENTS
- 1 fresh anjou USA Pear, sliced
- 1 watermelon, cut into a 1-inch round thick slice
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt and honey until smooth. Transfer into a plastic bag and snip off a small corner for easy drizzling — or use a squeeze bottle if you have one.
- Place watermelon round on a large cutting board or serving platter. Cut into 6 even slices. Pat the watermelon surface dry with a paper towel.
- Drizzle the honey yogurt mixture over the watermelon in a zigzag pattern.
- Arrange pear slices evenly across the top then sprinkle mint leaves on top and enjoy.
