INGREDIENTS
- 1-2 USA Pears
- 5 avocados, mashed
- 1/2 red onion
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 large cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Mash avocado, then fold in the remainder of ingredients.
- Serve with jicama (peel and dust with salt, pepper, paprika, and old bay seasoning)
