Jicama with Pear Guacamole

INGREDIENTS

  • 1-2 USA Pears
  • 5 avocados, mashed
  • 1/2 red onion
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 large cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mash avocado, then fold in the remainder of ingredients.
  2. Serve with jicama (peel and dust with salt, pepper, paprika, and old bay seasoning)
