- 2 green Anjou USA Pears
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- ½ cup Greek non-fat yogurt
- 2 teaspoon honey
- Optional garnish with fresh peppermint sprig
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and top with matcha powder and a slice of pear.
