This creamy matcha smoothie comes together in seconds.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 green Anjou USA Pears
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • ½ cup Greek non-fat yogurt
  • 2 teaspoon honey
  • Optional garnish with fresh peppermint sprig

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and top with matcha powder and a slice of pear.
