Creamy Pear and Coconut Smoothie

This smoothie is creamy and delicious made with coconut flakes, yogurt and a lime juice. Recipe developed by Hilary Finch Hutler.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 USA Pears, such as Anjou or Green Bartlett
  • ½ cup ready-to-drink coconut milk
  • ¾ cup vanilla lowfat Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • ½ cup cold water or 5 ice cubes

DIRECTIONS

Place ingredients into a blender and puree at high speed until smooth and creamy. Serve and enjoy!
