Easy-Peasy-Squeezy

Here are some simple tips to finding your perfect pear. 



EASY Before it gives, it will be crunchy, less sweet and perfect for topping with lime, chamoy and tajin. Also great for poaching, pizzas and charcuterie boards. 

PEASY As it softens it becomes sweeter, more blemished and is good to eat whole or diced. Incorporate into salads and baking.

SQUEEZY Super soft, eat over the sink, purée and freeze for smoothies, baby food and sauces.

Green Anjou
